Drug Testing:
Panel Screenings

- Urine Drug Screenings with additional panels for lab testing ( if needed): Onsite or Lab available

- Oral Swabs ONLY available to non-pre-trial or probation testers

Urine Screening Panels test for:

​

- 11 Panel: OPI, BUP, BZO, COC, M-AMP, MDN, FEN, MDMA, OXY, THC, PCP (or any combination of)

​

- Pre-Trial/Probation Panel: THC, COC, FENT, ETG, M-AMP, OPI, OXY, BNZ, BUP, MDN, 6AM

 

- Oral Swab (NOT available for pre-trial or probation panels): AMP, BAR, BNZ, BUP, MET, OPI, OXY, THC, COC, MDMA, PCP

MUST ENROLL AT OUR OFFICE WITHIN 5 DAYS OR OUR OFFICE WILL FILE A NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE COURTS

Must have a driver's license or picture id with you and all prescriptions that you are currently taking with you when you come to the office

 

Payments:

​

- Enrollment administrative fee: $15 (one-time)

 

-IF YOU ARE INDIGENT AND UNABLE TO PAY YOUR ENROLLMENT FEE, YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT AT YOUR ENROLLMENT MEETING

- All other payments at our offices are on a sliding scale based on your income

 

ONSITE TESTING:

 

Base rate without modifications: $30

​

- IF THERE IS A POSITIVE TEST, YOU WILLBE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO SELF- ADMIT, VIA SWORN AFFIDAVIT, TO DRUG USE OR THE TEST MAY BE SENT OFF TO THE LAB FOR LABATORY ANALYSIS AT THE TESTER'S COST.

LAB TESTING:

​

Base rate: $40

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PAYMENT FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNTS PRIOR TO TESTING, UNLESS YOU SELF ADMIT AFTER INITIAL TESTING

- Payments accepted are:

  •  Cash

  •  Money order

  •  Cashier's check

  •  Credit/Debit card (plus transaction fee)

PRE-TRIAL TESTERS:

 

- You Will NOT pay the $15 enrollment fee

- Your Pre-trial officer sets your fee based upon on sliding fee scale

Panels test for:

7 panel: Meth/Amphetamines, Cocaine, Opiates, Phencyclidine, THC

10 panel: Meth/Amphetamines, Cocaine, Opiates, Phencyclidine, THC, Methadone,Oxycodone/Oxymorphone

Home Incarceration:

​

- If NOT currently incarcerated you must appear and enroll at our office on the date your service starts or have called/booked an appointment for the enrollment and installation within the time frame ordered by your Judge.

​

Installation Process:

- 30 to 45 minutes

- Must have a driver's license or picture id with you

- REQUIRED to pay fourteen (14) days monitoring plus installation fee of $100 at this appointment ($310)- NO EXCEPTIONS

- $15 per day ($105 a week X 2) plus 1-time payment of $100

- $105 per week every week after

Payments after enrollment and installation:

- $105 a week 

- Payments accepted are:

  •  Cash

  •  Money order

  •  Cashier's check

  •  Credit/Debit card (plus transaction fee)

 

FAILURE TO PAY AT THE TIME OF ENROLLMENT WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT BEING ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT AND YOU WILL HAVE A NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE FILED WITH THE COURT

Transdermal Alcohol Monitoring:

​

Alcohol detection through transdermal 24/7 monitoring in an ankle bracelet worn by the offender. Any ingestion of alcohol can be deciphered from external environmental alcohol. 

​

Payments after enrollment and installation:

- $100 installation fee

- $18 a day monitoring fee 

- Payments accepted are:

  •  Cash

  •  Money order

  •  Cashier's check

  •  Credit/Debit card (plus transaction fee)

Alcohol Detection of Breath in Real Time: 

​

Randomized breath testing for offenders that are tested throughout the day and evening with case workers being notified immediately upon the presence of alcohol or a missed test. 

Payments after enrollment and installation:

- $100 installation fee

- $18 a day monitoring fee

Insurance Monitoring:

​

- Required to provide proof of insurance to our office for the next 6 to 12 months. If you do NOT have any vehicles in your name you will sign an affidavit stating that you do not have a vehicle registered to you, and as such you will not be driving any car during your monitoring period.

YOU MUST REPORT REGARDLESS OF IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY DRIVING OR HAVE A VEHICLE IN YOUR NAME.

​

- You MUST provide proof of insurance in electronic or paper form or sign the affidavit for no vehicles in our office WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS or YOU WILL HAVE A NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE FILED WITH THE COURT AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO APPEAR BEFORE THE COURT AGAIN TO ANSWER WHY YOU HAVE NOT COMPLIED WITH THE TERMS OF YOUR PLEA

​

Payments:

- $ 30 per month and 1st payment is due during enrollment

- Payments accepted are:

  •  Cash

  •  Money order

  •  Cashier's check

  •  Credit/Debit card (plus transaction fee) 

 

- The following discounts apply if you pay the entire amount at the time of enrollment:

- 6-month monitoring: $20 discount for a total payment of $160

- 12-month monitoring: $40 discount for a total payment of $320

 

IF YOU DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT ON TIME OR IF YOUR INSURANCE LAPSES DURING THE MONITORING PERIOD WE WILL FILE A NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Community Service: 

​

- Required to provide proof of completion of these hours to our office.

- MUST ENROLL AT OUR OFFICE WITHIN 5 DAYS OR OUR OFFICE WILL FILE A NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE COURTS

- We will assist with helping to schedule community service hours for $20 extra dollars

​

Payment:

- $25 dollars per every 10 hours of Ordered hours of Community Service.

​

eLearning Courses:

​

CCA offers eLearning courses for misdemeanor, traffic, and juvenile offenders to satisfy the educational and corrective training requirements of selective jurisdictions. CCA will offer more than thirty (30) online courses between four (4) and twelve (12) hours long to assist the Courts in lowering active recidivism rates among first time and low level offenders.
