Passionate about justice and excellence, Jeffrey is a Prelaw student at Eastern Kentucky University with a commitment to making an impact both in and out of the classroom. As a dedicated member of the EKU trap shooting team, Jeffrey harness discipline and focus-skills that serve me well in my pursuit of a legal career. Proudly holding the title of Kentucky Colonel, Jeffrey cherishes his deep roots in this vibrant state. When he is not studying or shooting clays, he enjoys life with his wonderful wife, Alyssa, who inspires and supports him every step of the way.


Financial Assistant/Case Worker II
Tracy Mattox
Tracy Mattox has been with Capital Court Authority since 2018 she is the financial assistant for the company. She is a 1998 graduate of Sullivan College with an Associate of Science degree. She worked many years in childcare and later worked for a company in their billing department. She also manages two family businesses of her own. When Tracy is not at the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.


Case Worker I
Colton Hulett
In July 2025, Colton Hulett joined Capital Court Authority in Cynthiana, KY as Case Worker I. Outside the office, Colton is a lifelong musician—he’s been drumming for over 15 years, producing music, and sharing his skills as a percussion teacher for seven years at Garrard County and Boyle County High School. When he’s not making music, you’ll find him wrenching on vehicles, playing a round of golf, hiking local trails, or out in the field hunting for arrowheads. Whether it’s behind a drum kit, under the hood, or helping his community, Colton brings the same dedication and passion to everything he does.

Samantha Reed
Samantha is passionate about helping clients succeed by holding them accountable. She believes that true progress comes from a blend of compassion and personal responsibility. Samantha excels at helping clients set clear goals and then stay on track, offering both consistent encouragement and firm guidance. For her, accountability is about empowering people to take ownership of their journey and celebrate their achievements.
