Supervisor and Court Liaison
Thomas Wilson
Thomas came into the CCA family in June of 2023 as the Cynthiana supervisor. To go along with his duties as the office supervisor Thomas is also the court liaison. Thomas is a born and raised resident of Cynthiana. Thomas is a 1998 graduate of Harrison County High School. He has an associate degree in Management from MCTC and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Indiana Weslyn University. Thomas is married to Layla Wilson, and they have two boys, D.J. and Danny Jo. In his spare time Thomas loves spending time with family and friends. Also, he likes hitting golf links with his boys. Prior to joining the CCA family Thomas was Special Education Aid at Harrison County Middle school. With his personality and compassion for life Thomas will have a positive impact on Harrison County and the neighboring counties in the district.


Assistant Supervisor and Case Worker II
Stacy Bishop
Stacy Bishop joined Capital Court Authority in May of 2022 as Court Liaison for the Cynthiana location and in June of 2023 was appointed the position of full-time caseworker. Stacy is a 1997 Harrison County High School graduate and obtained her Associates of Science in office management from Sullivan University in 1998. Stacy has been married for twenty-three (23) years and has one son and two “fur babies.” Stacy enjoys being with friends and family in her spare time along with thrifting and antiquing.


Financial Assistant/Case Worker II
Tracy Mattox
Tracy Mattox has been with Capital Court Authority since 2018 she is the financial assistant for the company. She is a 1998 graduate of Sullivan College with an Associate of Science degree. She worked many years in childcare and later worked for a company in their billing department. She also manages two family businesses of her own. When Tracy is not at the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Case Worker I
Sam McCarter
Sam is a 2024 Graduate of Harrison County High School Joining CCA shortly after graduating, most well known for his resonating personality, Sam took on the position of case worker at the Cynthiana office in September of 2024.
Sam plans to attend the Lexington School for Recording Arts in the spring of 2025 where he will learn to record, edit, manipulate, and understand the inner workings of the soundscape.
